Marcy Bromstein:
The yearly engagement with Pi Omega Pi is an event that we have both come to look forward to. This yearly exchange about AMBC's operations is valued both by the students and myself. The operations American Business Machines Company are a mundane, but a common example of corporate America. Helping move college graduates from the ever-changing classrooms to the busy workplace is one of the most important contributions any company can make to a distinguished honorary fraternity like Pi Omega Pi.
Every successful businessperson must attend to their busy schedule of meetings and presentations. I will be at an AMBC sales managers' conference in Seattle on March 15. This is an important conference where we sales managers discuss previous results and strategy for the next quarter. I must lead the April 20 district sales meeting in Chappington, where I will be imparting our district goals to our sales force. My wife and I will be on a much-anticipated Jamaican cruise on February 16.
I have forwarded your request to Nicholas Barnard, regional sales manager for the Michigan market. I briefly spoke with him, and he was enthusiastic about speaking to Pi Omega Pi. His office is located at 300 N. Oway Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45440. His telephone number is 937-382-5968. He is a knowledgeable and agile speaker and will be able to provide Pi Omega Pi's members with valuable insight into AMBC's operations.
Cordially,
Peter Santos
