Abstract
A Production Concept for The Crucible, by Arthur Miller. This paper examines the play and describes a full-scale production concept placing the play in a modern day political arena, with very specific and direct references to The War on Terrorism, Afganistan. This paper will describe how to bring the play to the modern day political audience in discussing specific techniques to relate this play to the current “witch hunt,” the war on terrorism.
