But, I assure you that you have raised a fine young man, someone you can be secure in being proud of .  <br \/>       I am truly thankful for the kind, caring, and respectful man you have helped bring into my life.  I promise to do my best, to care for him, and I know he will care for me, and look out for his happiness and best interests, even if that means sacrificing my own.<br \/>       While, I will never get to meet you, your time and effort are truly appreciated.<\/p>\n<p>       Nick<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I wrote this after reading Dear Mom.
