People Issues

  • Office is Cleaner
  • Bullying issue has been cleared up
  • We need to be strict with keeping the cabinet closed and locked
  • Need to call people back about movies

Raffle

  • Its going well, better distribution of tickets recently
  • We need to network with other groups to sell tickets, ex. Anime, Video Game Group

E-Board

  • We need to keep ontop of office house
  • We need to have a sign up sheet for tables w/ a todo list
  • The Hangar is a better location

Office

  • What image on the walls?
  • Are we confusing the mission of Lambda with sexual freedoms
  • Education and Advocacy
  • Charles: The Lambda office is not a hang out
  • Molly: What would it be with not being a hangout?
  • Do we not need a hangout/a membership area
  • We need to offer and alternative to the office
  • Charles: Do we need to encourage another group to be a GLBT Social group?
  • We need a to do list of things that need to get done -- Start it now, but don't expect results
  • Decided: Rearrange space, try to to give more tasks to members to encourage them to be involved
