Elections -- President

• Nick and Jeremey are running
• Reviewed constitutional policies
• Looked at constitutional options for getting people elected faster
• discussed waiving portions of the constitution to have people elected faster

Elections

• We want people to self-nominate to ensure desire for the position
• Nominations on January 8th
• Speeches on January 15th
• Vote on January 15th
• Duncan and the Advisors will count ballots

Office Decoration

• Post it notes to place wall hangings
• We have everything out of storage
• We still need a claim against the movers for the closet
• Discussed new furniture cost issues -- its all taken care of

Speakers

• Need for Allies reception
• Regional - we have people
• Allies reception, do we need a big name speaker?
• A local person might be more effective
• Nick will call Regional Director of PFlag (She is based in Dayton)

Appointed Positions

• We're Starting over -- January 8th Nominations/Sign up
• Nominations end January 17th at 5pm
• Announce Appointments on January 29th
• We need to develop interview questions before hand
• Should be able to come to EBoard Meetings
• Should be summable to EBoard Meetings
• Possibly ask Molly about holding the Allies Reception

Allies Reception

• Need to pick a date/get a room
• Need to order lots of stuff
• Hold it at the end/middle of April
